Every business is different in both needs and budget. Our contribution to your business is that it is tailored
to meet your objectives from where you are right now.

Implementing a full lean; six sigma program, is very extensive and requires 100 percent dedication from
your whole team. Every business is not prepared to make this full commitment, and some seek to make a
lesser goal of simply increasing efficiency and productivity, by improving systems a level or two above
where you are.

Accommodating each business, we custom fit our program to meet your objectives in a reasonable and
effective way, that will increase productivity, whether your business is a franchised car wash or medium
size manufacturing facility.

If your budget is constrained, we will meet with you to decide your objectives and provide you with a
reasonable estimate that will include our audit and corrective actions. In this way we can focus on a couple
of critical systems that we can improve for immediate cost savings to you and remain within your budget.
