The meaning of Life .. the big question!

Why am I here… well for that matter why are you here? If you are reading this  you must
have an open mind and you must be interested in what other people think. It is this process
that allows you to grow as a person. If you don’t have this ability of course you will remain
pretty much set in your ways for the rest of you life. And that’s fine with me if you do, hah.

I’m going to offer you my take on life and the meaning of it. I’ve arrived at this  location after
millions of hours reading and thinking and pondering using the only real tool I have ever
had, my common sense. I completely acknowledge thatI do not know everything nor will I in
this lifetime. And I would suggest if you  think you do know everything, then of course you
do. You know everything you are going to learn.

Why are we humans here on earth?

To experience life and life’s experiences. To be the rich guy you read about on the news,
and to be the poorest of the poor  in a third world country. To use everything you
experience to give you an idea of what you like and what you do not like. This is contrast
and this is simply how  we learn what happy feels like, because we know what sadness
feels like. You  have only one mission and that is to yourself; to use this lifetime to choose
what feels better, and head towards that.

Why do people get stuck in miserable situations?

The same way a run away train eventually runs off the track. You head in a certain direction
for long periods of time, building up steam and momentum until these events began to
spring out in front of you. and the train goes right where you pointed it. This is such a very
common thing to notice in people who tend to repeatedly draw violent people into their
lives. Or people who seem to get the lucky opportunities over an over.

Why does life seem to be so unfair?

Simple enough. This is like watching a sprouting oak tree rising from the ground. It is a dry
summer and the poor little guy had a tough year, then when fall arrives you see his little
leaves turn brown and fall to the ground. What a terrible life that tree lived?  Yeah, looks
pretty unfair. But the big picture is where the fairness lies. In the next year and the next tree
will rise up, again and again until he reaches over 80 feet tall. Not so unfair in the big
picture aye? As long as you insist there can only be one lifetime for each human, then you
will never be able to see the big picture. If you can deny your own commons sense for what
you have been told to believe, then I’m happy with that. But blaming life for being unfair,
well that’s just a waste of your energy.

So many Freakin Beliefs to choose from!

You can say that agian! Of course there are almost 7 billion people on the earth right now,
not to mention the 100's of billions who have lived here. There are bound to be many
different views on what life is, and thats ok.

You may have been raised in a belief system that says "how we believe is the right way,
and that's it". Well most of us were of course, the only problem is that  is these belief
systems also say everyone else is wrong.

You have only one tool to sort through these beliefs to find your own uniuqe view of life that
works for you. It is also all you need. It is simply, common sense. Whom ever created you,
gave you all the divine sense you will ever need to explore ideas and choose what makes
sense.

Where is the proof?

Everyone seems to have a book or mentor or paster that has the one source of truth which
eventually one comes to believe as proof. Its very much human nature to look for
information or truth from the words of someone else as if they were given what we have
been looking for. And of course for every so called problem on earth, you can find
someone who claims to know the answers. The fact that you are reading this means that
you acknowledge I may know something that you don't know! And maybe I do, but I will not
tell you what I know is the truth for you, that it is only the truth for me.

There is one ultimate sense of truth that we must all share, if we are honest with ourselves
and each other. We all know this is true, even as some of us resist this knowledge. And
that knowledge is that everyone you know and everyone you have ever heard of, hasn't one
more shred of proof about what your truth should be, than you do. When any person tells
you what you should do to enter heaven or save your soul and you believe them based only
on that, you have freely given away your own power to seek your own truth.
