I ordered the trimmer assist for my boyfriend who
suffered a broken neck and spinal cord injury a
couple years ago. He has used the product and
absolutely loves it! He said it is so much easier
for him and he has so much less pain that it is
amazing! I would recommend this to anyone after
hearing him go on and on about how easy it is to
use and how much less pain he has from using it.
Thanks so much, Jamie

Thank you very much for the trimmer assist. I
have 7 bad discs in my back, you don't know
what you’ve done for me. I didn't hurt near as
much as I used to while I trim. This really works
great. So simple to use too. You must have had
your thinking cap on the day you thought this up.
My friends all want one when I sho it to them! I
send them your way.
Again Many Thanks

Mr. Hanes,
I am sorry to subject you to this wordy email, but your product has moved me to write. The background info that prompted my search of the perfect strap is of interest, if you
can endure.
My 3.5 acre "home place" is still occupied by my mother and includes a small tenant cottage, (which is rented by our youngest daughter - 22 yrs. old). I mow the entire place
every week with my "Hustler Z". I struck a deal with my daughter that I would include her grass in my weekly mowing if she took on the weed trimming for the entire place. She
agreed.
However, this year, she was diagnosed with Lymes disease. The antibiotics treatment seems to render her close to normal now, but she was prone to fatigue and muscle
ache early-on, before the treatment. This spring she complained that the amount of trimming was wearing her out and questioned whether she could keep it up. I bought a new
trimmer, thinking that might help - but she was still insistent with a growing lack of enthusiasm voiced concerning the task. I recommended using a strap and over a week or so
she kept reminding me that I need to get one. So I started looking online for the ultimate strap and found your web site. I ordered one and was pleased when it arrived just
before she would be doing the job again.
When I received and opened the package, I admit I was a little disappointed considering my expectations. But that was only because I was expecting "wrongly". I live about a
mile or so from the property, so I jumped in my truck and drove to the shop I have down there for a fit-check. I was nearly clueless - not having paid much attention to the online
photos depicting the scheme for its attachment or the principles that make incorporation of the bungee pure genius.
So I just followed the instructions by faith - almost doubting that the strap was going to suffice - totally unknowing that it was about to revolutionize my shoulder-mount tool world.
But as soon as I was suited up and adjusted the strap, before I even pulled the start cord it became obvious that this strap is nothing short of miraculous. The claims published
on your site are not fake, exaggerated, or even rare samples. They are all true.
I was almost giddy about it. I left the instructions there by the trimmer for my daughter to see - and said nothing specific to her about it other than "try it out". When she did the
trimming the next day, she came up to my house immediately after. Before anything else, she had this to say to me: "It went from dreading the thought of the day approaching
where I was going to have to trim.......to not minding the job at all. It's incredible. I feel no fatigue while trimming or after I am done. I feel as though I could still do more after I
am all finished."
I had to laugh because it was good to hear her once again concentrating on doing a good job, instead of how worn down she is afterward. That made me realize I need one
for my leaf blower too, so I ordered another one today.
After my first order was placed, I received your email explaining and apologizing for a slight shipment delay, which was only a few days. Adding great communication,
personal integrity, and overall honest salesmanship to a genuine "best of" product is an unusual combination in these times. I enjoy any scenario where seemingly simple
things are cleverly combined to become absolute gems - just because someone practical and smart applied their common sense to a problem. And not only solved the
problem, but did it cheaply and also markets it too others for a fair price. I honestly hope you make a million from it - you deserve it.
Thanks for everything and best wishes -
V/R

The Problem; A Weed eater is Heavy! Fixed length Weed
eater Straps are useless! Why? Because if you are tied to
the weed eater with a Strap how can you reach out behind
the mail box, down the hill, back and forth? You can't! You
try to stoop over so you can reach out just a little bit, OH
THAT HURTS! This is useless!
The Solution; A comfortable Padded Shoulder Strap that
supports the weight of the Weedeater, with the Patent
Pending Bungee System that gives you a full range of
mobility while constantly supporting the weight!
